Shipping Overview

When will my order ship? 

Your order is guaranteed to to ship at the announced date. Usually ship dates are twice a month. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, after leaving our facility most order arrive between 2-5 days of the ship date. 

 

 

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is now available for our Cincinnati, OH babes. Upon checkout please select "local pick up" as your shipping option. After your purchase has been made you will receive an email from our customer service team to schedule a pick up time that works for you.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information.

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.  Shipping rates are based on customer's address.

Local Pick Up Order: You will be notified via email regarding a pick up time and location to collect your order. (Takes off shipping cost).

Standard Domestic Orders: Flat rate of $8 USD (1-3 Business Days)

Domestic Express Orders: Flat rate of $15 USD (1 or 2 Business Days)

International Orders: Flat rate of $20 USD (6-10 Business Days)

International Express Orders: Flat rate of $30 USD (3-5 Business Days)
